General Terms & Conditions for Tickets

  • The ticket is valid for a single entry and is invalidated after the first check-in unless otherwise specified

  • Ticket holder must follow rules and regulations that required by event organiser

  • Should there be disputes, organizer reserves the right to the final decision

  • ZUK Onlineshop sells Tickets on name and on behalf of the Organizer. The agreement regarding the purchase of Tickets for a specific Event is therefore directly concluded between the Customer and the Organizer
     

Refunds

  • In the event of cancellation of the Event, ZUK Onlineshop will provide for the reimbursement of the Customer, according to the procedures and timing decided by the Organizer, only in the event that ZUK Onlineshop has been specifically delegated to make such reimbursement and to the extent that it has received the necessary funds from the latter.

  • In particular, if the ZUK Onlineshop is delegated by the Organizer to proceed with the refund operations, the Organizer will provide information on its online channels regarding the procedure for formulating the refund request; it will dictate the only method for presenting the request. In order for the request to be accepted and the refund to be paid, the procedure indicated, which consists in the presentation of the request on the online platform, must be carried out correctly by the consumer within the timeframe indicated by the Organizer.

  • The refund will be made by crediting the credit card or other payment method used by the Customer during the purchase process, in case of purchase made on the Website, or by bank transfer to the current account indicated by the consumer in case of purchase at the Points of Sale. The reimbursement is made net of the Service Fee. In any case of cancellation and/or postponement of the Event, the Client may in any case contact the Organizer, in order to assert all its rights against the same.

  • In the event that the refund arranged by ZUK Onlineshop to the same payment instrument used by the Customer at the time of purchase is not successful, it is the Customer's responsibility to contact customer service

  • Admission Tickets relating to cancelled Events cannot be exchanged for Admission Tickets relating to other Events.

  • Where the Event consists of a Festival, the listing on the ZUK Onlineshop website of the names of participating artists must in any case be considered as indicative, and therefore where one or more artists scheduled to participate do not take part in the Event or are replaced, such non-participation or replacement shall in no case be considered as cancellation of the Event, unless the Event itself is cancelled by the Organizer as a whole.
