Ordering Instructions

◉ After confirming the order, please complete the payment within 24 hours, otherwise the order will be automatically cancelled.

 

◉ Confirmed orders cannot be cancelled or modified (including style and size), nor can they be combined.

 

◉ If there are any errors or omissions when filling in the contact information, you can contact customer service to correct it.

◉ If a paid order cannot be shipped or delivered due to incorrect information, customer service will attempt to contact the customer. However, if in vain, the order will be automatically cancelled after 3 months and no refund will be given.

 

◉ For custom-made products, out of respect for the designer, we do not provide drafting service (i.e. drawing line drawings for customers to review)

 

◉ To protect the rights of consumers receiving the goods, please be sure to take an unboxing video upon receipt and provide a video to prove the product defects and product errors.

Product Types and Shipping Methods

◉ General products are in stock, pre-order/customized products (such as handmade works) will be specially marked.

 

◉ General goods are sent by SF Express (Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and Mainland China) with buyer to paid on delivery. Self-collection goods will be specially marked.

Overseas Orders

◉ Overseas delivery (except Macau, Taiwan, and Mainland China) is divided into three modes: fast, medium, and slow. Since the actual shipping fee depends on the weight, customers are required to prepay the shipping fee. The actual shipping fee will be refunded before the final shipment, or the customer will be required to pay the difference.

 

◉ [Fastest but Most Expensive] We always use SF Express. Your shipment will arrive in about 7 days before customs clearance.

 

◉ [Not fast but not too expensive] We use Hong Kong Post registered airmail, and it usually takes about 14 days to arrive before customs clearance.

 

◉ [Cheapest but slowest] All shipments are shipped by registered Hong Kong Post. It usually takes 6-12 weeks to arrive before customs clearance.

◉ The above shipping does not include tax payment, customers may need to pay separately.

 

◉ Some products may have delivery or customs clearance issues. Customers are advised to confirm whether the product can be delivered to the designated country before purchasing.

Shipping Lead Time

◉ In-stock items are generally dispatched within 7 working days, excluding public holidays, Saturdays and Sundays.

 

◉ For pre-ordered/customized items (such as handmade works), please pay attention to the delivery period mentioned in the product description.

 

 

Return only, no refund

◉ Returns can be arranged for wrong goods or sizes, but most of our products are in limited supply and generally cannot be exchanged for style/size. Please pay attention to the size chart and think twice before placing an order.

 

◉ Generally, our store only accepts returns and exchanges. Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled and no refunds are provided.

 

◉ If a refund is required under special circumstances, such as defective or damaged goods/wrong goods, the full refund will be converted into equivalent Z-POINTs.

 

◉ If the order contains unavailable or out-of-stock items, customer service will notify the customer. At the same time, the system will cancel the full amount of the item and convert it into member shopping credit, and the remaining items will be shipped. Please understand.

 

◉ Each order is limited to one return or exchange. All returned goods must be fully packaged.
